Single room apartment is suitable for a family and is situated on the first floor. It has a balcony with a view of the sea. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a TV set. The living room area also includes a kitchen and a stretch couch suite. The master bedroom holds a double bed and an additional bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment is suitable for two adults and two children, and in the case of one additional child, an additional €15/day is charged for the third child.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed due to consideration for other guests.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €1.33/day for adults, €0.66/day for children aged 12 to 18, and is not charged for children under 12.
Apartment cleaning upon departure is charged additionally if the guest leaves the apartment uncleaned. The cost is €50/day.
